Unfold the flat pack
We ship your inserts flat. Separate the pieces and lay them out. We cut each one for one position in the grid.

Slot the grid together
The notches hold each other, so you have nothing to add. No tape, no glue, and nothing else holding the joint together.

Drop it in your box
Set the grid into the box you already ship in, then settle your product into its slot.
